Account Registration and Verification

All players must complete registration and pass identity verification (KYC) before withdrawal requests are processed. v7v72 reserves the right to request supporting documents at any stage.

• Each player may register only one account. Attempting to register multiple accounts — under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms.

• KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document. v7v72 may suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC at any time.

Deposits and Withdrawals

v7v72 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the platform.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the same name as the v7v72 account. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. v7v72 will not process withdrawals to accounts other than those verified as belonging to the registered player.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers issued by v7v72 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules below. Where promotion-specific terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.

• New player welcome bonuses apply to the first deposit only and are available exclusively to players who have not previously held a v7v72 account. Duplicate accounts created to claim a welcome bonus a second time will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Bonuses may have time limits. Any bonus not utilised or wagered within the stated time limit will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance without compensation.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on v7v72 operate under their respective game rules as published within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing bets or wagering real money.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on v7v72. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human method to interact with v7v72, place bets, or exploit the platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip-dumping in poker or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in v7v72's platform to gain financial advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown bug must be returned to v7v72.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised means. v7v72 cooperates with law enforcement and financial institutions where fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• Attempting to access another player's account or extract personal information about other users from the platform by any means.

Responsible Gaming

v7v72 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity. Use of these tools is voluntary but strongly encouraged for any player who feels their gaming is becoming difficult to control.

• Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or 1 year. During self-exclusion the player's account will be suspended and no deposits will be accepted. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission.

Account Suspension and Termination

• Breach of any clause within these Terms, including providing false registration information, creating duplicate accounts, or engaging in any form of prohibited conduct.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of funds from illegal sources. v7v72 may freeze account balances pending investigation and will cooperate fully with relevant authorities.
• At the player's own request. Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may contact support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to completed KYC.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall v7v72, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, even if v7v72 has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

Changes to These Terms

v7v72 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, v7v72 will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page.
